Silencilicone UIltra Restrictive Ball Gag with Steel Fixation

This gag is based on "The Big One" gag and shares many features. However, it is visible from a distance due to the steel bars and optical ball gag.

In the mouth, however, it is shaped like "The Big One". The difference is that the opening angle of the jaw is much larger so that the bar and the ball can fit. This means that this gag gives an even stronger feeling of a full mouth. The bar holds the gag firmly in place.

The tongue is fixed in a designated opening.
