For orders shipping into the EU, Duties, taxes + fees are pre-paid at checkout.

If we have been unable to collect duties and taxes for your order, this will be removed at checkout and you may receive a seperate bill from your local tax authority once the package has cleared your border.

Some products have customs restrictions. You must check local laws before ordering. We are unable to refunds orders that have been destroyed due to illegal importing of any product.

Important
If you change your mind and need to return an order from outside of the UK you will be liable for return postage and any return duties and brockerage fees. Please mark all return orders as "Returned Merchandise."

We use plain paper-based and recycled postal materials whenever possible.
