Assistant Manager (London Store)

REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British made fetish wear & cutting edge sex toys and BDSM equipment. Our Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading specific aspects of the store operations, including overseeing made-to-measure bookings, measurements, and ensuring the completion of daily tasks. This role requires increased responsibility, particularly in the absence of the Store Manager, and includes overseeing staff accountability and communication with the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead role in coordinating made-to-measure bookings.
  • Accurately take measurements for customer orders and ensure all details are recorded properly.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Train other employees in the
    made-to-measure process, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide accurate measurements and excellent customer service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the weekly meeting if the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Relay critical store information and updates to the warehouse team and ensure communication between departments is clear and effective.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently.
  • Be the primary contact for staff regarding issues such as illness, lateness, and absence when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Handle staff inquiries and ensure all concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing the general daily operations of the store.
  • Provide assistance with other managerial tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Quality Control and Finishing Assistant

Salary: Starting £14 p/h
Contract: Full Time
Location: Regent Studios, Hackney, London, E8 4QN (Office Based)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British made latex and leather menswear. We are seeking a Quality Control and Finishing Assistant to join our production team, on a full-time basis (5 days per week, Mon-Fri).The successful candidate will ideally have some previous experience in garment quality control, production, or a similar role. Full knowledge, training and experience is a plus but not necessary as we will provide on the job training to hone those skills towards the requirements of the role. Hourly pay will be reflective of current experience levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Quality Monitoring: Identify, document, and communicate quality control issues to the production team. 
  • Perform in-hand quality checks on all in-house produced garments to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.
  • Checking seams, finishing details, and overall garment integrity.
  • Communicating with the production manager / team to address and prevent quality issues proactively.
  • Finishing & Hardware Application: Apply finishing hardware to latex garments, including eyelets, rivets, snap fastenings, and other fittings. Ensuring all hardware is securely and accurately attached.

Preferable Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Familiarity with garment construction, materials, and measurement techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong practical, hands-on skills.

Latex Assembly Technician (remote)

Salary: Hourly rate, subject to experience & speed of work.
Contract: Part or Full Time
Location: Remote Working (from home workshop)

REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British made latex and leather menswear. We are looking for a Latex Garment Assembly Technician to join our production team in a remote capacity, on a part or full time contract or freelance basis, (3 - 5 days per week Mon-Fri) depending on the candidates preference. The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years minimum experience in prior manufacturing/assembly roles working specifically with latex. Hourly pay will be reflective of current experience levels.

Essential Requirements

  • Have a home studio set up (Bench/table) of minimum 2m by 1m in size.
  • Access to own latex assembly tools.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience of latex garment assembly.

Duties

  • Assembling and finishing latex garments to a high standard; including but not limited to, Catsuits, Hoods, Jocks, Tops, Leggings, Shorts, Trousers, Chaps, as well as other smaller accessories.

  • Manage the delivery of completed work to our production studio.

We’re looking for a confident and engaging Product Video Presenter & Content Creator to bring our products to life through high-quality review and explainer videos. You’ll be the face of our brand in video content, delivering engaging, authentic, and informative product presentations for social media and product pages. This role is perfect for someone with a background in presenting, acting, or content creation who can deliver natural, compelling performances while also shaping scripts to match their own tone and style. If you can bring personality to product demos and adapt to different brand tones, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Strong on-camera presence with a confident, engaging, and natural delivery style.
  • Experience in presenting, social media content creation, acting, or product demonstration videos.
  • Ability to read from an autocue or script while making it sound conversational.
  • Skilled in scriptwriting or reworking scripts to match your own tone and make content feel authentic.
  • Comfortable self-shooting high-quality content with good lighting and sound.
  • Reliable, communicative, and able to take direction while bringing your own creative input.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus)

  • Basic video editing skills for quick cuts, captions, and formatting.
  • Experience as an influencer, actor, or social media content creator.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and online product marketing.

Duties

  • Present & demonstrate adult products in engaging, educational, and brand-appropriate videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and product pages.
  • Read from an autocue or script naturally while keeping a conversational tone.
  • Write or adapt scripts in your own voice while staying on-brand.
  • Self-record high-quality videos (if remote) with good lighting, clear audio, and a professional setup.
  • Work with our marketing team to refine messaging, ensuring content aligns with our brand identity.
  • Attend occasional in-person shoots (if London-based) or collaborate remotely.
