Latex Assembly Technician (remote)
Salary: Hourly rate, subject to experience & speed of work.
Contract: Part or Full Time
Location: Remote Working (from home workshop)
REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British made latex and leather menswear. We are looking for a Latex Garment Assembly Technician to join our production team in a remote capacity, on a part or full time contract or freelance basis, (3 - 5 days per week Mon-Fri) depending on the candidates preference. The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years minimum experience in prior manufacturing/assembly roles working specifically with latex. Hourly pay will be reflective of current experience levels.
Essential Requirements
- Have a home studio set up (Bench/table) of minimum 2m by 1m in size.
- Access to own latex assembly tools.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience of latex garment assembly.

Duties
- Assembling and finishing latex garments to a high standard; including but not limited to, Catsuits, Hoods, Jocks, Tops, Leggings, Shorts, Trousers, Chaps, as well as other smaller accessories.
- Organising your own workload to ensure work scheduling runs smoothly.
- Manage the delivery of completed work to our production studio.
- Following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards

Part-Time Product Video Presenter & Content Creator

We’re looking for a confident and engaging Product Video Presenter & Content Creator to bring our products to life through high-quality review and explainer videos. You’ll be the face of our brand in video content, delivering engaging, authentic, and informative product presentations for social media and product pages. This role is perfect for someone with a background in presenting, acting, or content creation who can deliver natural, compelling performances while also shaping scripts to match their own tone and style. If you can bring personality to product demos and adapt to different brand tones, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Strong on-camera presence with a confident, engaging, and natural delivery style.
- Experience in presenting, social media content creation, acting, or product demonstration videos.
- Ability to read from an autocue or script while making it sound conversational.
- Skilled in scriptwriting or reworking scripts to match your own tone and make content feel authentic.
- Comfortable self-shooting high-quality content with good lighting and sound.
- Reliable, communicative, and able to take direction while bringing your own creative input.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus)
- Basic video editing skills for quick cuts, captions, and formatting.
- Experience as an influencer, actor, or social media content creator.
- Understanding of e-commerce and online product marketing.
Duties
- Present & demonstrate adult products in engaging, educational, and brand-appropriate videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and product pages.
- Read from an autocue or script naturally while keeping a conversational tone.
- Write or adapt scripts in your own voice while staying on-brand.
- Self-record high-quality videos (if remote) with good lighting, clear audio, and a professional setup.
- Work with our marketing team to refine messaging, ensuring content aligns with our brand identity.
- Attend occasional in-person shoots (if London-based) or collaborate remotely.
