Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with its original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit regulation.co.uk/returns. Once we approve your request, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send an item back before your return has been approved — items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cost of return shipping and available return methods vary depending on location and your account status. (see Kink Premier for free UK returns)

Questions about a return can be sent to support@regulation.co.uk.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-UK Orders - Taxes and Duties

We're unable to refund taxes or duties paid to your local authorities on international orders. If you return an item, you may be able to claim these back directly from your local tax authority using your proof of return and original order confirmation.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original item for a refund, then place a new order once your return has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at support@regulation.co.uk so we can put it right.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived, please let us know within 45 days of the date it was dispatched, so we can investigate with our delivery partner and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. We're unable to raise a lost-in-transit claim, or offer a refund on that basis, for orders reported missing after this 45-day window, as this falls outside the claim period our couriers allow us.

This 45-day window applies specifically to parcels that appear to be lost in transit. It doesn't affect your separate rights regarding items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see above), or any other statutory rights you may have.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Where a return isn't possible, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
