Silencilicone Big One Air, Black

The Big One Air is an intense, highly specialised gag designed for those looking for something beyond the usual ball gag. Part ball gag, part tongue gag, part mouth guard, it’s difficult to put into a single category, and that’s exactly what makes it unique.

Developed from the original Big One, the Air version was created for users who have difficulty breathing through their nose and need the option of breathing through the mouth. The design fills the oral cavity and the space between the teeth and lips, while a dedicated opening holds the tongue securely in place. Depending on tongue size, this can also create a slight vacuum effect when attempting to withdraw the tongue.

The gag can be worn beneath a mask, muzzle or similar restraint for additional security, as it may otherwise be possible to push it out. Speech is reduced to muffled, indistinct sounds, while the integrated airway provides the option of opening the tube when additional airflow or communication is needed. The tube can also be blocked to use the gag more like the original Big One.

Designed with comfort and extended wear in mind, the soft silicone construction allows for several hours of use. The frenulum area is deliberately thin and includes a designated section that can be trimmed if additional space is required. Swallowing remains possible, while the gag should not cause a significant gag reflex when correctly sized.

Important Safety Information: Never insert or suck liquids through the airway tube. Liquid can enter the lungs and may cause life-threatening injury.

Drooling can vary considerably between users. The airway tube is separate from the mouth and is not intended for liquids.

Material

Made from soft, food-safe silicone approved for use with skin and mucous membranes. The gag can be boiled for disinfection.
