Product Subscription — Terms & Conditions
These terms ("Terms") govern recurring product subscriptions purchased from REGULATION ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Regulation GB Ltd of Unit 11B Uplands Business Park, London, E17 5QJ, at regulation.co.uk.
By placing a subscription order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have read these Terms in full, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our standard Terms of Sale, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. About Product Subscriptions
A product subscription is a recurring order for selected products at regulation.co.uk. When you subscribe, you authorise us to dispatch and charge for the selected products at the delivery frequency you choose, until you cancel.
Subscriptions are managed through Shopify's native Subscriptions service. You can view and manage your subscription at any time from your account at regulation.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
Product subscriptions are available to customers aged 18 and over with a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom. You must have a Shopify/Regulation customer account and a valid payment method to subscribe.
3. How Your Subscription Works
When you place a subscription order, you'll select:
- The product(s) you want to receive
- The delivery frequency (e.g. every 1, 2, or 3 months)
- Your delivery address and payment method
Your first order is processed immediately. Subsequent orders are processed automatically at your chosen frequency, on or around the same date each cycle.
4. Pricing and Discounts
The price of each subscription delivery is the price displayed on the product page at the time of subscription, including any subscription discount applied at the point of sign-up.
Subscription prices may differ from one-off purchase prices. Any discount associated with your subscription is applied for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Updated pricing will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept it.
5. Billing
Payment is taken automatically via Shop Pay using the payment method you provided at sign-up. You will be charged on the date your next order is processed.
You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal, in line with UK subscription contract regulations, giving you time to skip, edit, or cancel before payment is taken.
If a payment fails, we will retry over the following 7 days. If payment cannot be collected after retries, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment details.
It is your responsibility to keep your payment method, billing address, and delivery address up to date in your account.
6. Skipping a Delivery
You may skip an upcoming delivery at any time from your account, up until the day before the order is processed. Skipped deliveries do not affect your subscription discount or your overall subscription status.
7. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription at any time from your account. Paused subscriptions are not billed and no orders are sent during the pause period. Your subscription resumes on the date you select, or you can resume it manually at any time.
8. Editing Your Subscription
You can edit your subscription from your account at any time, including:
- Changing the delivery frequency
- Updating quantities
- Swapping products (where alternatives are available)
- Changing your delivery address
- Updating your payment method
Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
9. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us at support@regulation.co.uk.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. No further orders will be processed and no further charges will be taken. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of past deliveries that have already been processed and dispatched.
10. Right to Cancel Individual Orders (Cooling-Off)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel each individual product delivery without giving a reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@regulation.co.uk before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods to us in unused, unopened, resaleable condition within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Items excluded from the right to cancel: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once unsealed or used:
- Lubricants and intimate products where the seal has been broken
- Personal care and consumable items where the seal has been broken
- Items personalised or made to order
This is in line with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permits exclusions for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Cancelling an individual delivery does not cancel your ongoing subscription. To stop future orders, you must also cancel your subscription as set out in clause 9.
11. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a delivery arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@regulation.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This applies regardless of the hygiene exclusions in clause 10.
12. Delivery
We aim to dispatch subscription orders within our standard processing times. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
If a delivery cannot be completed (for example, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to resolve before the next subscription cycle.
13. Stock Availability
In the unlikely event a subscribed product becomes permanently unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or, if none is available, cancel that product from your subscription with no further charge.
If a product is temporarily out of stock at the time of your renewal, we will dispatch as soon as it becomes available, or skip that delivery and resume at your next scheduled cycle. You will not be charged for skipped deliveries.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active subscribers by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of your subscription following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Suspension and Termination by REGULATION
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in breach of any other REGULATION policy. Where we cancel a subscription for these reasons, no refund will be issued for past deliveries.
16. Discreet Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No reference to product type or brand appears on the outside of the parcel.
17. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to fulfil your subscription, manage your account, and communicate with you about your subscription.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before publishing, confirm with Krishan:
- Legal entity name in the opening clause
- Hygiene exclusions list in clause 10 — make sure this matches every consumable category you plan to offer on subscription. The wording must be specific enough to be enforceable but broad enough to cover future products
- 3-day pre-renewal email in clause 5 — Shopify's native Subscriptions sends this automatically, but worth confirming it's enabled in your settings. UK regulators have been tightening rules on subscription disclosure
- 30-day price change notice in clause 4 — this is the safe minimum; some advise 60 days for "fairness" optics
One operational flag: clause 10's hygiene exclusion is your strongest legal protection on consumables, but it only works if products are genuinely sealed at dispatch (visible seal, shrink wrap, or tamper-evident packaging). If your fulfilment doesn't currently seal items in a way that's clearly visible to the customer, that's worth fixing before launching consumable subscriptions.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your Kink Premier Subscription ("Subscription") with REGULATION ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Regulation (GB) Ltd of Unit 11B Uplands Business Park, London, E17 5QJ.
By purchasing a Subscription, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have read these Terms in full, and agree to be bound by them.
1. About the Kink Premier Subscription
The Subscription is a recurring paid membership available exclusively to REGULATION customers. Shipping and return benefits are only applicable to customers with a UK delivery address. Benefits are available from the moment your subscription becomes active and remain available for as long as your subscription continues.
2. Membership Benefits
Active Subscription members receive the following benefits on orders placed at regulation.co.uk:
Free UK Shipping Free standard UK shipping every order (excludes the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man), with no minimum spend. Delivered via Royal Mail or FedEx. Express, next-day, and international shipping options are not included and remain chargeable. Excludes shipping for regulationpoppers.co.uk.
Free UK Returns Free returns on eligible orders, via Royal Mail or Evri Drop Off. Returns must be made in accordance with our Returns Policy. Additional collection fees are not included. Free returns apply to UK addresses only and are not available on final sale items, custom or made-to-order products, or items otherwise excluded under our standard Returns Policy. Excludes returns for regulationpoppers.co.uk.
Priority Dispatch In-stock orders placed by active members are prioritised in our dispatch queue ahead of standard orders.
Poppers Perks Members receive an additional 5% discount on eligible purchases made online at regulationpoppers.co.uk and in the Soho store. This discount applies at checkout when logged into your member account online, or upon presentation of your membership confirmation in store. The Poppers Perks discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Discount is in addition to Mix & Match and Pack offers.
Early Sale Access Members receive email notification of sale events 24 hours before general public release. It is your responsibility to ensure your account email address is up to date and that REGULATION marketing emails are not filtered to spam.
All benefits are non-transferable, apply to the account holder only, and are subject to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
The Subscription is available to UK residents aged 18. Shipping and return perks only available to these with a valid UK mainland (inc NI) delivery address. Only one subscription per person is permitted.
4. Pricing and Billing
- Monthly plan: £5.99 per month
- Annual plan: £49.00 per year
Your subscription starts on the date of purchase. Billing recurs automatically — every 30 days on a monthly plan, or every 12 months on an annual plan — using your chosen payment method.
You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Updated pricing applies from your next renewal date.
5. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your Subscription once per billing cycle through your account settings at regulation.co.uk. Subscriptions can be paused for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. During a pause, membership benefits are suspended and no billing occurs. Your subscription and benefits resume automatically at the end of the pause period.
6. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account dashboard at regulation.co.uk or by contacting us at support@regulation.co.uk.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all membership benefits until that date. No further charges will be taken after cancellation is confirmed.
7. Refund Policy
Except where we withdraw your Subscription under clause 8, all Subscription fees are non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your Subscription begins immediately upon payment and you expressly request early commencement of the service, waiving your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not available, including on annual plans cancelled before the renewal date.
This refund policy applies to subscription fees only and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to product purchases made at regulation.co.uk.
8. Our Right to Withdraw the Subscription
We reserve the right to withdraw the Subscription at any time, including discontinuing the programme entirely or terminating individual memberships at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that we withdraw your Subscription other than for a material breach of these Terms by you, we will provide a pro-rata refund of any fees paid in advance for the unused portion of your current billing period, calculated on a daily basis for monthly plans and on a daily or monthly basis for annual plans (whichever is more favourable to you).
We will give you reasonable notice by email before any such withdrawal takes effect, and your membership benefits will remain active until that date.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
