FWL2026 Terms & Conditions

This promotion is operated by Regulation (GB) Ltd, registered in England and Wales. The promotion runs from 5th July to 12 July 2026 and is open to users aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Regulation GB Ltd and their immediate families. Customers making a qualifying purchase at REGULATION Store, Bateman St, Soho will receive 3 promotional tokens which can be used to play the capsule/grabber machine located at Electrowerkz, 7 Torrens St, London EC1V 1NQ. Each token provides one attempt, as indicated on the machine, and prizes are allocated randomly from capsules contained within the machine. Capsules may contain prizes with an approximate value ranging from £0 to £50. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless the Promoter determines it necessary.

No purchase is necessary to participate. Individuals may request 3 free promotional tokens per person per week during the promotion period by submitting a request including their full name and email address to staff at the retail store sales counter. Free entries exceeding this weekly limit may be refused. Tokens obtained through purchase or free entry are subject to availability and may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for machine malfunction or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting gameplay or prize redemption. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
