Jonny says -- this lube is like the gentlemen said on Recon podcast - use it to slide into your rubber. But to me, it's a great way to lube up steel toys (no names mentioned) PRIOR TO OR JUST AFTER gym training or feed... when something needs to be slipped inside. Altogether just as comforting, and much, much more economical than a cheap bottle of wine. Silicone and steel to keep me on the straight & narrow. Recommended.
