WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Salary: Salary £30-34k per year (subject to experience)
Contract: Full Time
Location: Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Lane, E17 5QJ
Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri
ABOUT THE ROLE
REGULATION is a London-based adult lifestyle and fetish retailer, established in 1992, with a Soho store, an online shop and a small warehouse in Walthamstow. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run the day-to-day operation of our E17 warehouse, from receiving and returns through to picking, packing and despatch. You will lead a small team of two Warehouse Operatives, report to the Directors, and be accountable for stock accuracy, order turnaround and a safe, tidy working environment. This is a working role: you will pick, pack and receive alongside the team as well as plan, organise and improve how the warehouse runs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Running the warehouse
- Plan and oversee daily goods in, picking, packing, returns and despatch so orders leave on time
- Get hands-on. Pick, pack and process stock alongside the team using PDAs, our warehouse and order systems
- Receive and check deliveries and customer returns, and put new stock and returns into the correct locations
- Manage carrier collections and despatch, and resolve courier issues with our shipping partners
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and well organised, and take responsibility for housekeeping and quality assurance
Stock control
- Maintain accurate stock levels and locations, and track stock movement between the warehouse, workshop and our Soho store
- Carry out regular cycle counts and stock takes, and investigate and correct discrepancies
- Flag low package stocks and reorder needs
Leading the team
- Lead, train and support two Warehouse Operatives, setting clear daily priorities and standards
- Manage rotas, holiday cover and absence in line with company policy, using our HR system
- Carry out inductions, regular one-to-ones and annual appraisals, working with the Directors of Operations & HR
- Be involved with recruitment of new warehouse team members in line with HR procedures
Health, safety and performance
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures, manual handling practice and risk assessments, and report incidents promptly
- Meet agreed KPIs for order turnaround, pick accuracy, stock accuracy and returns processing
- Work with Directors to improve warehouse efficiency, layout and processes
- Report on performance and flag problems early
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Essential
- At least 2 years of warehouse or stockroom experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail fulfilment
- Experience of leading or supervising a small team, or a clear readiness to step up into it
- Confident with inventory or warehouse management software and PDAs, and comfortable learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Good literacy and numeracy, and clear communication with colleagues and carriers
- Able to prioritise, problem-solve and work at pace without losing accuracy
- Reliable, organised and a team player with a can-do attitude
Desirable
- Experience with order management systems
- Experience working with couriers such as DPD, FedEx and Royal Mail
- First aid or manual handling qualification, or willingness to train
- Experience of recruiting, inducting and appraising staff
Physical requirements
- Standing or walking for long periods
- Lifting, bending, twisting and moving products up to 15kg
- No forklift or MHE operation is required at our site

PRODUCTION
Trainee Latex Assembly Technician
Department: Production
Rate: £12.80 per hour training rate followed by £14.80 starting rate. Further rate increases based on output and speed of work.
Contract: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Regent Studios, Cambridge Heath, London

ABOUT THE ROLE
REGULATION is London's premier fetish brand, specialising in British-made latex and leather menswear. We're growing our production team and looking for people who are practical, precise and good with their hands, and who want to learn a specialist craft.
You don't need any experience of making latex garments. We'll train you. What matters most is that you can work carefully with your hands, pay close attention to detail, and want to get quicker and better over time.
HOW RECRUITMENT WORKS
Stage 1: Application and interview
Send us your CV and answer two short questions. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview, where you'll also complete some basic latex construction tasks. These help us see your aptitude and how you approach hands-on work. No experience is expected.
Stage 2: Paid training (12 weeks)
Successful candidates join a paid, full-time training programme at our Regent Studios workshop. You'll learn how to glue, assemble and finish latex garments to REGULATION standards.
You'll be subject to 1 month probatonary review in stage 2.
Stage 3: Job offer
At the end of training, we'll offer a permanent role to trainees who reach our minimum skill level and output standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assemble and finish latex garments to a high standard, including catsuits, hoods, jocks, tops, leggings, shorts, trousers, chaps and smaller accessories
- Build your speed and consistency while keeping quality high
- Work with allocated workload to ensure our production runs to schedule
- Follow safety procedures and keep to our quality standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong manual dexterity and an eye for fine detail
- Patience and willingness to learn a new skill through practice
- Reliability and good time-keeping
- Any experience of sewing, crafts, model-making, upholstery, repairs or other precise hands-on work is useful, but not essential

PRODUCTION
Technicien d'assemblage de latex (à distance)

REGULATION est la marque fétichiste londonienne de référence, spécialisée dans les vêtements pour hommes en latex et en cuir de fabrication britannique. Nous recherchons un technicien d'assemblage de vêtements en latex pour rejoindre notre équipe de production à distance, à temps partiel, à temps plein ou en freelance (3 à 5 jours par semaine du lundi au vendredi), selon les préférences du candidat. Le candidat retenu devra idéalement justifier d'au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans des postes de fabrication/assemblage, notamment avec du latex. La rémunération horaire sera fonction de l'expérience du candidat.
Exigences essentielles
- Avoir un home studio aménagé (banc/table) d'au moins 2 m sur 1 m.
- Accès à ses propres outils d'assemblage en latex.
- Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'assemblage de vêtements en latex.
